    Snapshot of what you will do:

    Help doctors through the process of applying for disability and life insurance. As a Client Policy Coordinator, you will coordinate the calendar daily to ensure effective coverage of calls. While on the phone with a client you will collect their information, walk them through an application, and medical questionnaire via phone to prepare them for the underwriting process. When you are not on the phones, you will be verifying client information to ensure accuracy in applications and tracking systems, monitoring and distributing email communications to the Case Managers, working on projects, and helping to guide seasonal/temporary employees in daily application coverage.

    What we are looking for:

    • 2 years of high-touch customer service or sales experience required. Experience in the insurance industry is strongly desired.

    • Strong communications and people skills to comfortably and confidently speak to clients over the phone and email.

    • An ability to be adaptable and remain calm under pressure.

    • Dependability, ability to focus on details, yet be flexible is essential too.

    • An ability to remain focused in an open and energetic environment.

    • Tech comfortable with an ability to comfortably navigate G Suite applications.

    • Experience with Salesforce (or similar CRM systems) is highly desired.

    As an Insurance Quotes Analyst, you will utilize different systems and software to process insurance quote requests, research discount opportunities, check quotes for accuracy, as well as organize and build quote presentations for the sales team. You will work within Salesforce and other systems to pull lists, track, monitor, and update activities. In this role, you will have the opportunity to help improve processes, work on projects, and help reach team and company goals.

    What we are looking for:

    • 2 years of experience with CRM systems (preferably Salesforce).

    • Tech-comfortable with an ability to comfortably navigate G Suite applications.

    • An ability to be adaptable to change.

    • Comfort with communicating via email, chat, etc
