Pattern is a financial company that provides disability and life insurance to physicians all across the United States. Pattern is rapidly growing and we need someone like you to guide physicians through the complicated world of insurance on our Case Management team. Insurance may not be the intriguing topic, so we work hard to ensure our clients receive the best service while also maintaining a fast paced, FUN, and positive infused energetic work environment.
Snapshot of what you will do:
Our Case Managers work as an advocate and guide for our physicians when they are applying for disability and life insurance. Your day to day will be helping to collect client information, processing insurance applications, acting as a go to for client questions, researching and finding solutions for complex cases, advocating on behalf of our physicians for a fair offer from insurance carriers, explaining policy features, as well as coordinating policy payment and delivery. You will have the opportunity to “Learn Forward” and contribute to improving company processes and procedures to continually serve our physicians. This role provides high touch service and is concentrated in email communication with our clients and insurance company partners.
Who you are:

At least 3 year of sales, relationship management, or high touch customer service experience .
Must have an insurance license or be able to pass the exam within 30 days of hire.
