    Job in a nutshell:

    Develop software to integrate with internal back-end systems.

    Snapshot of what else you will do:

    • Analyze information to determine, recommend, and plan installation of a new system or modification of an existing system

    • Analyze software requirements to determine feasibility

    • Confer with business analyst to design systems and to obtain information on project limitations and capabilities, performance requirements and interfaces

    • Implement integrations between software

    • Deploy updates and fixes

    • Investigate and resolve technical issues

    • Develop procedures and tools to reduce occurrences of errors and improve customer experience

    • Document integrations and flows

    As a small growing business you will help in these areas:

    • Provide level 2 technical support

    • Assess server setup and usage

    • Modify software programs to improve performance

    • Improve automation

    • Monitor and improve networks and servers

    What we are looking for:

    • BS in Computer Science, Information technology or related field required. Equivalent work experience and education in lieu of a degree will be considered

    • 4 years DevOps or relevant work experience required

    • Work experience as a DevOps Engineer or similar software engineering role

    • Experience in JavaScript, PHP and cloud based infrastructure (AWS strongly desired)

    • Working knowledge of databases and MySQL

    • Strong curiosity and problem-solving attitude

    • Self-motivated, accountable, and team mentality

    • Knowledge of Laravel, Livewire, Tailwind and Salesforce a plus

     Snapshot of what you will do:

    • Partner with managers on hiring talent and coordinating the logistics at all stages of the recruiting and hiring process.

    • Screen applicants and conduct initial interviews via phone, zoom, and/or in-person for potential hiring.

    • Skilled interviewer with the ability to listen, ask good questions and evaluate talent and make sound decisions.

    Snapshot of what you will do:

    As an Email Marketing Specialist, you are one of the most important roles in nurturing relationships with current and new doctor clients. You bring an understanding of the technical landscape of email, campaign management, driving traffic, securing conversions, and increasing brand awareness. Here is a core list of what you can expect in the role:

    • Create, monitor, and assess a wide variety of marketing and sales email campaigns. This includes email planning through all stages of the customer value journey. 

    • Write emails and ensure key messaging and brand are on-point. 

    • Ensure design and layouts of emails are optimized, user-friendly and mobile-friendly.

    • Following best practices for list management and deliverability. 

    • Provide recommendations for new and existing campaigns including triggers, and automation.

    • Develop optimization and A/B testing strategies.

    • Help us comply with Can-SPAM and any other rules related to digital and email marketing.

    • Track and analyze campaign performance against goals and report regularly on KPI’s.

    What we are looking for:

    • Experience with Google Analytics.  Familiarity with analytical and database tools.
