Snapshot of what you will do:
As an Insurance Sales and Product Specialist, you are one of the most important roles in the sales process and often the first (human) interaction that our prospective doctor clients have with Pattern. In this role, you don't have to prospect new clients, book appointments, or prepare quotes for your meetings - we have an awesome team who takes care of it for you so you can do what you do best...
Qualifying new leads generated by our marketing team by conducting educational phone and web meetings to promote the value of disability and life insurance to prospective doctor clients.
Cultivating relationships, adjusting and personalizing the client experience to meet individual needs, simplify the complexity of disability and life insurance while motivating them to take action in a short period of time.
When you are not conducting meetings, you are maintaining information in Salesforce and other systems, responding to emails, answering questions about products, collaborating with team members in the sales process, and proactively prospecting new business opportunities from existing leads and client base.
We are counting on you to continuously learn and grow, share your ideas and talents to help provide clients with a positive experience and help the company grow.
What we are looking for:
Self-motivated team member who has a high school diploma or equivalent.
Must have a Life and Health Insurance license or be willing to get it and pass it within the first 30 days of hire. The insurance licensing does require a background check. Licensing is at the Company’s expense.
An excellent communicator (verbal and written), quickly establishes rapport, and not reluctant to talk to people over the phone.
You need to be people smart: Assertive, but not pushy. Confident, but not a jerk. Competitive, but a humble team player.
Willing to take initiative, be accountable for results, and a successful record in achieving goals.
Proven experience in sales and with sales techniques is a plus.
Must be tech comfortable and able to effectively type and enter data. Experience with G Suite, CRM (preferably Salesforce) systems, and related work experience is strongly desired.
