    Snapshot of what you will do:

    Our Case Managers work as an advocate and guide for our physicians when they are applying for disability and life insurance. Your day to day will be helping to collect client information, processing insurance applications, acting as a go to for client questions, researching and finding solutions for complex cases, advocating on behalf of our physicians for a fair offer from insurance carriers, explaining policy features, as well as coordinating policy payment and delivery. You will have the opportunity to “Learn Forward” and contribute to improving company processes and procedures to continually serve our physicians. This role provides high touch service and is concentrated in email communication with our clients and insurance company partners.

    Who you are:

    We are looking for someone who is ready to be a part of a driven team. Someone who is excited to work with some awesome people. The best fit for this role would be someone:

    • At least 3 year of sales, relationship management, or high touch customer service experience . 

    • Must have an insurance license or be able to pass the exam within 30 days of hire.

    • Can stay organized in the midst of high volume client communications, ability to work efficiently while nurturing relationships with current and new doctor clients, be able to manage your time, and be comfortable on the phone occasionally
